Mail View

Quick view of Mail Application, in order to make sure that all functions are shown and designed properly.

Mail Actions

Mail Application has following main functions :

Mange Account

Mange Account function allows users to add, edit or delete mail accounts.

Check Mail

Check Mail function allows users to view all mails of specific mail account.

Compose

Compose function allows users to compose mail. It includes many following functions: Send Mail, Save as Draft, Discard, Attach File, Message Priority, Editor option, Add CC, Add BCC.

Address Book

Address Book function allows to mange Address Book. It includes many following functions: Add New Group, Add New Contact, Edit Contact, Delete. Address Book function makes it easier for users to mange their contacts.

Add Event

Add Event function allows users add, edit. delete and create reminding actions for events.

Filter

Filter function allows users to filter their mails according to many predefined conditions.

Custom Layout View

Custom Layout View allows users to personalize their Mail Application's layout. There are many options such as Default, Hide Navigator Pane, Hide Message Pane, Hind Preview Pane.

Setting

Setting function allows users to personalize their Mail Application's Setting. There are many options such as Default Account, Number of conversations to display per page, Auto check mail in every, Compose message option, Reply/Forward messages option, Reply message option, Forward message option, Save sent messages in Sent Folder.

Search Function

Search Function allows users to find mails quickly according to many predefined conditions. There are 2 search options: Quick Search and Advance Search.

Folder

There are 2 type of Folders. Default folders: Inbox, Draft, Sent, Spam, Trash. These folders can not be deleted. Permanent Folder (known as My Folder): Users can create, edit, delete and filter mails to their folder option.

Tag

Tag function allows use to add, edit and delete links to specific mails.

Message Actions

Main actions are shown properly on the menu bar. It includes

Reply to Sender

Reply to Sender function allows users directly compose message to send to the sender when viewing specific mail.

Reply to All

Reply to All function allows users directly composing message to send all related people (both sender and receiver) when viewing specific mail.

Forward

Forward function allows users directly send their received mail to the other people.

Delete

Delete function allows users directly delete specific mails.

Report Spam

Report Spam allows users to notify many spam mails from many specific senders. When reporting as Spam the similar mails will be denied for receiving or moved to Trash.

More Action

More Action function allows users to perform many following actions on messages: Mark as read, Mark as Unread, Add Star, Remove Star, Tag message, Move message, Export message, Import Message.

View

View function allows users to filer mail according to many specific condition for viewing. There are many view options:All message, Starred message, Unstarred message, Unread message, Message with attachment, View as List, Thread, Conversation.

Page Index

Page Index function allows users to set index for their mails making it easier to view.

Sorting

Sorting function allows users to sort their mails according to many specific conditions: Date Time, Subject, Sender, Size.
