Publication Dependency of the Content Browser
Normally, when the Content Browser is configured, it will show all corresponding documents. You can choose to show only the documents that are published.
1. Go to
Content Management ->
Content Browser.
2. Open a form for the configuration:
3. In the config form, check in 'Allow Publish Document'.
4. Fill data in the required field.
5. Click the
Save button.
6. Switch to the 'View' mode ->It will only list the publishing document
You can show published documents not only when configuring for CB using path but also using query, script or document.
