1 Add a Whiteboard

Following these simple steps to add new Whiteboard to demonstrate your own ideas.

1. Click the Whiteboard title that contains a menu:

2. Select Add WhiteBoard function in a menu, a new Whiteboard will be added:

2 Rename selected Whiteboard

You can change the name of the current selected Whiteboard that you are joining by following guides.

1. Click Whiteboard title.

2. Select the Rename selected Whiteboard function in menu :

It will appear a form like:

• Rename to: is the new name of a Whiteboard that you want to change to.
  

3 Clear selected Whiteboard

This function allows you to clear and draw new things on a Whiteboard.

1. Click the Whiteboard title.

2. Select Clear selected Whiteboard in menu.

4 Delete a Whiteboard

When you want to stop drawing on a Whiteboard, you can remove it from the current room.

1. Click the Whiteboard title.

2. Select Delete selected Whiteboard in menu. The selected Whiteboard will be removed from the current room.
